Room 504 renovations at the Victoria Ave East Campus. The area consists of approximately 26,000 square feet of floor area and Assiniboine College will be renovating the space to accommodate the new Medical Laboratory Technology and Combined Laboratory/X-Ray Technology programs, along with two new large learning spaces, a stadium style lecture theatre, and immersive learning space. TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner. Updates will be made upon award of contract. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/11/20 at 4:00:00 PM CST. **Closing date has been extended; 4 Addendums have been issued** *Construction budget $15,250,000 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
