Detailed Work Items: Unit 316 o Repair leaks in both the supply and return AC water pipes at the water shut-off valve connection. o Inspect and replace damaged components as necessary to ensure a watertight seal. Unit 416 o Repair leak at the threaded connection of the AC water supply pipe. o Reseal or replace fittings as needed to eliminate leakage. Unit 417 o Investigate and repair ceiling leak in bathroom, originating from the shower drain in Unit 517 above. o Access ceiling as needed for inspection and repair. Restore ceiling to original condition after leak correction.
