The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority), in- vites sealed bids for the above-entitled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled "Gymnasium Service at various Boston Public School." The City intends to award up to 1 (one) contract to the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest price. GENERAL BIDS will be valid only when accompanied by, (1) Bid Response Form, (2) 5% Bid Bond Form, (3) Form for General Bid.
