Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the replacement of the chiller for the General Services Building as well as two additional smaller chillers for redundancy. Substantial completion shall be 45 calendar days from the Start Date stated in the written Purchase Order. Final completion shall be 65 calendar days from the Start Date stated in the written Purchase Order Questions about obtaining plans and specifications may be directedtoDarcieLiddle@dliddle@murraystate.edu. Docs notes: There is No Fee for an Electronic Download of the Plans for Contractors. Contractors Who wish to obtain paper copies of the Plans Should Contact Lynn Imaging to Make These Arrangements. Printing Fees Are the responsibility of the Contractor. Fees for Plan Rooms Wishing to Have Drawings Are Posted on the lynn imaging Page. Note: It is Most Important That Requesting Firms Identify the position of their firm as a Prime Bidder, Miscellaneous Subcontractors, Material suppliers or Others. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Murray State University, Procurement Services, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served.
