Snow removal services are required for the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform snow removal in accordance with the Performance Work Statement outlined in Section B.3 of the RFQ. Services include clearing snow from designated areas to ensure safe access and operations at the facility. Specific quantities, units of measure, and pricing details are provided in Section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule of the RFQ. Delivery and acceptance dates, as well as submission requirements, are detailed in the solicitation, and compliance with all applicable provisions and clauses is mandatory. Location: Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Base Year: 12/15/2025 - 10/31/2026 Questions to this RFQ shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer, Danielle Carrico at danielle.carrico@va.gov. Questions shall be accepted until 11/25/2025 at 10:00am PT. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant, will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided as amendment to the RFQ that will be made available to all potential Offerors. Telephonic inquiries are not acceptable and will not receive a response.
