Academy ISD seeks proposals from qualified firms for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of an LED Video Scoreboard System at Academy ISD Football Stadium, located at 850 State Hwy 95, Little River-Academy, Texas 76554. Academy ISD seeks a vendor to deliver a complete, high-performance LED video display and scoring system that enhances fan experience, integrates with modern cloud-based control and advertising software, and provides robust reliability for athletic and community events. The system must meet professional-grade performance standards with a proven warranty and long-term service support program. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, project management, installation, training, and commissioning required to deliver a fully operational system, including but not limited to the following: LED VIDEO DISPLAY One (1) 32' wide x 19' high outdoor 10mm SMD LED display or comparable IP67 weatherproof cabinet construction, suitable for Texas climate conditions Minimum brightness: 10,000 nits with automatic brightness adjustment Operating temperature: -20F to 130F Viewing angle: 140 horizontal / 120 vertical minimum Refresh rate: >= 3,840Hz for broadcast-quality output LED Listing Requirements: ETL, CE, EMC, FCC, RoHS Seamless integration with Cloud-based software. ARCHED TRUSS STRUCTURE One (1) 32' x 4' non-illuminated truss mounted above the display or comparable Includes speaker mesh material and non-lit graphics. CONTROL AND SCORING SYSTEM Cloud-based scoring and content control software with real-time data and advertising management or comparable Programmatic advertising capabilities for sponsor and community content scheduling. Operator-friendly interface for athletic staff and event production teams. Integration with LED display, Delay of game clocks, and audio system. AUDIO SYSTEM Speaker cluster mounted above LED display. Weather resistant speakers designed for outdoor stadium sound coverage. Amplifier and DSP tuning provided to optimize clarity and volume levels. STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL WORK Design, fabrication, and installation of steel structure and foundations engineered for local wind loads per IBC and ASCE 7 standards. New power and fiber to be provided by owner. Coordination with local utility providers and inspection authorities. TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING Vendor to provide comprehensive on-site training covering control software, audio operation, and display management. System commissioning to include functional testing, calibration, and full demonstration to owner representatives. SERVICE & WARRANTY Minimum 10-year parts warranty or more Minimum 5-year on-site labor warranty or more 3% spare parts supplied at project completion or comparable 24/7/365 remote diagnostics and support center access or comparable Proactive monitoring and software updates for system optimization or comparable SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Proposals must include the following: Detailed product specifications and technical data sheets Project timeline Warranty statement and service response plan Total cost proposal EVALUATION CRITERIA Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Technical merit and compliance with specifications Vendor experience Warranty and service program quality Project timeline and installation schedule Total cost and value to Academy ISD Contract Period/Term: A contract entered into as a result of an award by the District under this Solicitation must be available to begin providing goods and/or services starting 8-10 weeks after receiving purchase order and continue to be valid until the project is completed The District reserves the right to reject and/or all bids or any part thereof and to waive any formalities or technicalities. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
