The GTAA is seeking firms with the necessary experience, qualifications, behaviours and resources to perform the progressive design-build work for Gateway, the third major program to go to market under Pearson LIFT. GTAA intends to issue the RFP in March 2026, with a proposal deadline in December 2026 and subsequent Contract awards for Project A and Project B to follow in early 2027. GTAA will establish a detailed RFP schedule as a part of the issuance of the RFP. Only those Participants on the Qualified List will be eligible to participate in the Stage 2 RFP process. Please refer to the attached document for instructions on completing the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) process.
