Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Waterville Road Drainage Improvements consist of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of drainage and roadway upgrades to address localized flooding and surface runoff issues. The scope consists of regrading shoulders to promote positive drainage, installing a concrete swale with associated riprap and turndown features, replacing full-depth pavement sections, and restoring disturbed areas with sod. Additional work includes mobilization, site preparation, dewatering, erosion control, utility coordination, and maintenance of traffic.
