Tellepsen Builders, L.P. as Construction Manager at Risk for Aldine ISD is seeking Guaranteed Maximum Proposals for subcontract award proposals and quotes from subcontractors and vendors for the GMP #2 - Lane School and Aldine Middle School Warehouse Addition & Enabling Package. Bidders are requested to submit proposals and quotes for this warehouse addition and enabling package. Documents include the base drawings/specs and Addendum 1 drawings/specs. Bidders are highly requested to attend the site and building tour at Aldine Lane School and Middle School, which will be the only opportunity to tour the building, with a maximum of two people from each firm.
