As of December 23, 2025, the project has been awarded to Show Me Demolition in the amount of $42,800. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete demolition of the following properties: 118 W Walnut St. Question Deadline 11/12/2025 at 10:00 AM CT If you have any questions, please contact the Building Inspectors Office @ BIPZ@nevadamo.gov or 417- 448-5113. Revised Scope of Work o The approximate 24' x 80' concrete foundation and slab at the front of the building is to remain in place and shall not be removed as part of this project. o The basement area beneath the structure must still be properly filled and compacted in accordance with project requirements. o The wooden portion located at the rear of the building is to be removed as originally specified. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original RFB remain unchanged. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
