As of December 23, 2025, the project has been awarded to Show Me Demolition in the amount of $42,800. Revised Scope of Work o The approximate 24' x 80' concrete foundation and slab at the front of the building is to remain in place and shall not be removed as part of this project. o The basement area beneath the structure must still be properly filled and compacted in accordance with project requirements. o The wooden portion located at the rear of the building is to be removed as originally specified. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original RFB remain unchanged. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
