Sealed bids for the Concessions & Pro Shop Renovation project in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri, will be received by Jay Lancaster, Director of Public Works, until 1:00 PM on June 30, 2026, at the Public Works office, located in the Creve Coeur Government Center, 300 North New Ballas Road, Creve Coeur, Missouri 63141, and will thereafter be publicly read aloud. The scope of work for this project involves complete renovation of the concession stand, concession stand seating area and creation of a new golf pro shop. The timeline is for the work to be completed during the months of January through March of 2027, with the Pro Shop and East Meeting Room renovated first and the Concessions Area second. The work involved with this project is described in further detail within the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to revise the project limits and may add or remove work locations at any time. July 13, 2026 - Make recommendation to the City Council to award the project November 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027 - Construction to take place Event bid note: It is the responsibility of each Proposer to be familiar with all of the specifications, terms and conditions of this RFQ. By the submission of qualifications, proposer certifies that if awarded a contract, they will make no claim against the City based upon ignorance of conditions or misunderstanding of the specifications. By submission of its submittal, Proposer agrees and acknowledges all RFQ specifications, terms and conditions and affirms ability to perform. 3. All costs required to prepare the submission shall be borne by Proposer. 4. All information in the responses will be held as confidential until such time as the City Evaluation Committee have completed evaluations and submits a recommendation to the City Council. The City will recommend award to the proposers who, in its opinion, have provided submittals that best serve the overall interests of the City and attain the highest overall point scores. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses that materially differ from any terms contained herein in form and attached hereto and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in responses received. The City has the right to decline award of a contract for any reason. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
