Replace wiring harnesses on both circuits of the York Chiller, Model Number YC1V0157VA46VABBXTX and Serial Number SC WM565760. Replace drain and feed valves, and oil separator sight glasses on both circuits. The work requires removal of refrigerant, completion of repairs, recharging of the system, and restarting the unit. All work must be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SoW), and the contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price based on a Low Cost/Technically Acceptable evaluation. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, consumable materials, supplies, tools and other items to complete the troubleshooting as listed in the scope of work. All quotes will include all shipping charges for completion of the project. The contractor shall coordinate all work with AFFS Construction Management before starting any work. The list of items below are to be considered the general scope of work for this project. The work covered under this statement of work shall consist of the following: A. This quote only covers what is stated in scope any other faulty items will be at extra cost to customer. . Contractor shall schedule work in advance with the AFFS Construction Management. B. Contractor shall complete work on this contract with minimum interference to normal functions around this area. C. Contractor shall be responsible for establishing a schedule to meet construction time. D. Contractor shall develop, and submit a schedule indicating all work activities including required interruptions of utilities, facilities activities, or traffic flow to AFFS Construction Management for approval. E. Contractor shall coordinate his work with AFFS Construction Management to avoid interference with necessary activities within and adjacent to the construction site. The Contractorshall coordinate the work of all tradesto prevent any conflicts. The Contractor, before proceeding with the construction, shall resolve any conflicts of components.
