Reference Number 0000306420 Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide "as and when required" professional services in support of a P3 contract at Ottawa, Ontario. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 800,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $800,000.00 at any time during the term of the SOA, and at DCC's sole discretion Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
