Reference Number 0000306405 Question Acceptance Deadline Nov 12, 2025 02:00 PM CST Scope of Work/Overview: BGIS requires consulting and contractors services for the creation and implementation of an Integrated Test Plan to permit the performance of this test as per CAN/ULC-S1001. As required by the standard, the Integrated Testing Plan shall include:o The functional objective of the system integrations.o Sequence of operations of the integrated systems which describes operation of the systems under normal condition and under fire condition.o Describes test protocol and procedures for the systems.o Measures for ensuring occupant safety during the test.o Detailed report of the test results along with deficiencies and recommendations. The systems to form part of the Integrated Testing Plan will be limited to those listed in Section 6 of CAN/ULC-S1001 where applicable to the building.The testing procedures will be developed based the fire protection and life safety systems of each building. Interconnections between systems, as well as initiation sequences for these systems, will be based on industry standards unless BGIS indicates that special operations have been developed for a particular system. The following documents (if available) will be provided to prepare the testing documents. In the absence of data, consultant shall perform site visits and site interrogation to capture all required relevant data.The consutlant is to witness on-site and document ALL commissioning and testing activities completed as part of the Integrated Testing Plan, by the existing service providers for each Life Safety System, the costs for the the existing service providers is to be provided by BGIS.
