Roof Dormers The existing elevator roof dormers are approximately 18 x 15 x 8 high. Each elevator dormer has approximately 144 sq ft (approx. 1 wall) of weathered sheathing that needs to be replaced, and new siding properly installed on entire dormer for weather tight installation on all 4 walls. The existing stair dormer is approximately 10 x 7 x 5 high. No weathered sheathing was observed. New siding needs to be properly installed on the entire dormer for weather tight installation on all 4 walls. Statement of Qualifications Firms shall provide the following Name of Firm (if a single entity) or Joint Venture Partners and significant subcontractors. The Name, Title, and Contact information of the Authorized Representative / Single Point-of-Contact for the LOI. Presentation of resume / qualifications of Project Manager(s) demonstrating successful management of general construction projects. Demonstration that the firm has experience and adequate resources for the construction project. Please limit total LOI submissions to 10 pages.
