Renovation of a municipal facility in Mitchell, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
All requests for further information must be in writing and emailed to Michelle Younger at myounger@lawrencecounty.in.gov. The work involves providing professional environmental services to assist with the analysis of conditions at a vacant building located on Main Street in the downtown business district. Responsibilities include performing all tasks required for environmental services such as Lead-Based Paint Inspection, Risk Assessment, Clearance, Asbestos Inspection, Abatement Design, Management Plan, Mold Testing, Remediation Plan, and other related work as needed. Work will be directed by the Redevelopment Commission. The selected firm or individual is responsible for scheduling all tasks, attending all meetings related to the services, and providing written reports as necessary. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the specified deadline.
