Snow removal from roofs for all CSSDM establishments at an hourly rate; 2. Monthly preventive inspection of the roofs of 17 (seventeen) schools at a flat rate (see List of schools for preventive inspection by sector, Appendix IX). Roof plans for the schools to be inspected will be published with the call for tenders documents. The CSSDM wishes to use specialized contractors recognized by the RBQ, CCQ, and AMCQ, despite the fact that snow removal and preventive roof inspections are not regulated by the RBQ, CCQ, or AMCQ, in order to ensure professional work and, if necessary, to enforce its guarantees. Snow that ends up on the ground after snow removal from the roofs of establishments, unless otherwise indicated by the CSSDM representative, must be spread over the entire area near the roof and not piled up in a single pile. The Material Resources Department, through the Building Maintenance and Expertise Office, is the administrative unit responsible for this file. A contract will be awarded to the bidder who has submitted the lowest price and whose bid is eligible and compliant.
