The work includes removal and disposal of existing A/V components and installation of new systems, cabling, and controls. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary for complete installation and operational systems as described. Manufacturer equivalents may be accepted upon approval. Bidders intending to submit must notify the Library via email. Submit written questions by email to the Procurement Contact. Submit one electronic PDF or one hard copy. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked. Deliver to the address provided. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening date, and pricing remains valid during that period.
