Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marathon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
It is the intent of the District to purchase modular home to be set on property already owned by Marathon Independent School District. The base bid of this request for proposal shall be for the purchase, delivery and setting of the modular homes. The alternates to this bid include an option for steel roofing of said structure, preparation of pad site for said structure, extension of electrical infrastructure, extension of water and sewer infrastructure, gross site work to level, fill and grade property, and the creation of an improved driving surface for ingress and egress of the site. Respondents may submit proposals for any or all components of this RFP. Additionally, the district reserves the right to purchase additional units under the same terms of this solicitation Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Deadline for Answers to Submitted Questions: 11/11/2025 at 2:00 PM (CST) Anticipated Award Date: 11/19/2025 The District is seeking modular homes with the following minimum specifications: New Condition Two Bedroom two Bathroom Three Bedroom two/three Bathroom Please delineate between the following packets in your response, where applicable. Packet A- Modular Homes, purchased and delivered Packet A (alternate) - Metal Roof option Packet B- Water and Sewer Utility Infrastructure Packet C- Electrical Utility Infrastructure , Packet D- Gross Site Preparation Packet E- Pad Preparation for each unit Packet F- Surface improvement for parking at each unit Packet G- Road preparation for ingress and egress of overall site All options will be considered during the evaluation process.
