Queen's Community Housing is seeking General Contractor Services from a single qualified supplier to provide maintenance and repairs to a portfolio of properties as required. This includes but is not limited to a mix of historic and non-historic houses, apartments, and residence properties. See full list of properties in separate attachment. Projects will vary in type, scope and value and include planned and as needed work. Queen's may choose to issue an RFP or obtain separate quotes for projects of larger scope and /or requiring specialized skills or services. Estimated annual value of work $250K for repairs and upgrades to 6-10 properties. This does not include ad-hoc or emergency work.
