Salisbury University, located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland is looking for information to help service our Dining Service equipment. University Dining Services (UDS), is responsible for providing all food and beverage services on the campus of Salisbury University (SU). UDS operates eleven food beverage outlets. During the last fiscal year UDS serviced 1.5 million customers. Its revenue exceeds 14 million dollars. Food service units include a dining hall, retail operations, satellite operations, concessions, and catering. During the semester there are a variety of meals and snacks served from early morning until nighttime. The operation works on a modified schedule during breaks and holidays. Salisbury University Procurement is issuing an RFI (Request or Information) in order to gather information on vendors who can and are interested in providing maintenance on kitchen equipment via provided list. This equipment will need preventive maintenance twice a year as well as emergency service weekly. It is expected this solicitation will be published later this year. Please see attached info.
