Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Thornbury, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.
Redevelopment of the project site into residential, commercial, or mixed-use space. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. Council recently approved recommendations to engage a consulting firm to complete a development review process to determine appropriate land usage. Following completion of consultant report, finding would be presented to the public for feedback prior to issuing an RFP for development. Further update may be available summer 2026.
