The work includes installation of approximately 2,445 feet of 6-inch water main, 1,099 feet of 8-inch water main, 33 feet of encasement for water main, 30 water services with saddles, valves and connections, 857 feet of water service pipe, 26 water main fittings, 6 fire hydrants, 27 tracer wire accesses and grounds, 25 gate valves, 21 connections to existing water mains, 5,923 square yards of asphalt milling and gravel removal, 154 cubic yards of salvaging gravel, 1,810 cubic yards of street excavation, 2,552 square yards of geotextile fabric, 653 cubic yards of placing and grading recycled millings and gravel, 2,188 tons of gravel base course and gravel surfacing, 1,067 tons of asphalt surfacing, 101 square yards of patching valley gutter or concrete surfacing, 87 square feet of sidewalk, 105 feet of curb and gutter, as well as traffic control, temporary mailboxes, seeding and erosion control, and all related appurtenances to the aforementioned work. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications at the unit price bid. Contractors are to furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the described work.
