A Scope of Work will be developed by the County for each task order under this Contract and the Consultant will submit a not-to-exceed cost proposal. 2. The level of supervision, quality assurance, and staff assigned by theConsultantto an individual task order will be clearly defined in response to the task order. 3. Permitting requirements and responsibilities shall be identified in the Scope of Work when known. 4. Project documentation requirements may include reports, mapping, permits, etc. 5. The County will assign a representative to serve as Project Manager. 6. A Consultant's Project Manager shall be assigned to each task order by the Consultant to provide consultation, management, and technical services - as applicable. The Consultant's Project Manager will be responsible for staffing the work, communication with the County and the review of all tests and reports prior to submission to the County. The final responsibility for quality assurance shall be the firm(s). Sealed bids are requested for environmental consulting services for the County of Cape May. Bidders are advised that forms, instructions, specifications, and related documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department or accessed via the County's procurement portal. Compliance with applicable New Jersey statutes and administrative codes is required. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as permitted by law.
