Renovation of a residential development in Peabody, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

A. The Work under the Contract consists of 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Full bathroom modernization of (2) bathrooms consisting of plumbing fixture upgrades, new flooring, and paint. Cosmetic upgrades to (2) remaining bathrooms. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/17/2025 at 1:00PM EST for filed sub-bids The Project consists of but not limited to Full bathroom modernization of (2) bathrooms consisting of plumbing fixture upgrades, new flooring, and paint. Cosmetic upgrades to (2) remaining bathrooms. This is an occupied space. Contractor(s) to maintain one open bathroom in each 'Unit' throughout the duration of construction.
