Tarrant County is requesting quotes for the annual supply of Prefabricated Thermoplastic Pavement Markings and Type II Glass Beads to be used for unincorporated road pavement markings and striping. Items are divided into two sections: Section one is for Prefabricated Thermoplastic Pavement Markings and Section two is for Type II Glass Beads. Vendors must bid on all items within a section to be considered for award. Awards may be made to a Primary and Secondary vendor per section or as deemed in the best interest of Tarrant County. Vendors will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed, with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Prices must remain firm for the contract duration. Tarrant County may require updated documents upon renewal, which must be submitted thirty calendar days prior to the start of the option period.
