Brunswick County, Virginia is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Erosion and Sediment Control Professional Engineering Services. The selected firm will assist with Erosion and Sediment Control inspection and reporting of land-disturbing services related to the development of photovoltaic solar power generation facilities in the County, according to the requirements of the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations for the County of Brunswick. Proposals should clearly indicate "RFP - Erosion and Sediment Control Professional Engineering Services." Brunswick County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the County. The County requests proposals from professional engineering firms able to facilitate and conduct Erosion and Sediment Control inspection services as follows: Inspection of solar projects related to enforcement of requirements of Chapter 30, Article II.
