Renovation of a mixed-use development in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The project is for the selection of a Professional of Record (an Architect/Engineer team) to provide design services for Security Vestibules at multiple schools over the next three years. The selected firm will be expected to start immediately after the contract award. Proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Purchasing Office. The district reserves the right to reject any proposal response not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements, waive informalities, add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidder's home state would give its instate bidders, reject for good cause any or all proposals that are not in the best interest of the district, and to delete items prior to making the award if deemed in the sole opinion of the District to be in its best interest.
