Sealed bid proposals are requested for fire damage and non-related work at 589 Sunset View Drive, Akron, Ohio 44320. Bidders are required to view the building to assess the work following a pre-bid conference. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, which may be either a bond for the full amount of the bid (plus alternates), or a certified check, cashier's check, bank draft, or irrevocable letter of credit for ten percent of the bid (plus alternates).
