Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ladysmith, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Ladysmith (the "Town") invites Tenders from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction and supply of a parking lot and a pickleball court located at Lot 108 in accordance with the Design Drawings attached as Appendix A. Generally, the work will include the construction of a new asphalt road, construction of a gravel parking lot, installation of new curbs, installation of new sidewalk, and the installation of new pickleball courts complete with fencing and stormwater infrastructure.
