The related work includes the partial replacement of exterior doors, the addition of an exterior door to the front of the school, the dismantling of an existing balcony, and the rejoining of the existing brick cladding and concrete spandrels in the specified locations, among other things. Dust control facilities and procedures are required. Unless otherwise agreed by the PARTIES in accordance with the Contract, the Work must be performed according to the proposed Schedule. Work may begin IN THE EVENING from 4:00 p.m. before the end of the school year, i.e., before June 23, 2026. The contractor must have its schedule and list of work planned during this period approved by the PUBLIC BODY before commencing work. No interior work in classrooms is permitted before the end of the school year. EVENING work in occupied areas must be coordinated with the CSS in order to cordon off the work site and ensure student safety at all times. Interior work in occupied premises during the school year may begin at the end of classes, i.e., on or after June 25, 2026. Interior work must be accepted without reservation before or on August 12, 2026, under penalty of a penalty as described in the tender documents.
