A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3,000 ft. of road reconstruction, 1,000 ft. of 12-inch storm sewer, 4,100 ft. of 4-inch to 16-inch water main, 26 lead water service line replacements, and miscellaneous sanitary sewer improvements, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. The Prime Contractor must follow, document, and maintain documentation of Good Faith Efforts to ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) have the opportunity to participate in the project. Bid surety of five percent (5%) of the total price is required. All work must be substantially completed (roads open to traffic) by July 31, 2026, and final restoration and project completion by August 14, 2026.
