Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jasper, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for re-roofing four schools located in Marion County, Tennessee: Marion County High School, South Pittsburg Elementary, Jasper Elementary (partial reroof for flat roof only), and Whitwell Elementary (partial reroof for flat roof only). Bids must be received by the specified deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or a cashier's/certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid as a guarantee that the required contract will be executed and the required performance and payment bonds will be furnished if the bid is accepted. The successful bidder is required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid. Bidders questions are due by 5:00 P.M. Central Time, on November 27, 2025. Questions received thereafter will not be addressed. The names, license numbers, expiration dates, and license classifications for the General Contractor and Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Masonry, and Geothermal Subcontractors must be placed on the outside of the bid envelope. All bidders must comply with the Iran Divestment Act and the Boycott of Israel Act. No bidder can withdraw their bid within 30 days of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, and accept any bid in the owner's best interest. No contract is implied until the project is fully funded and a written contract is signed by all parties.
