Renovation of an educational facility in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Wellington Catholic District School Board intends to sign a modified Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction (CCDC 5B, 2010) with the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager shall provide all services and work related to the Our Lady of Lourdes RAAC Removal and Interior Renovations project as specified in the general instructions and in accordance with the modified contract form. The estimated construction value for the project is $3,500,000 (exclusive of HST). The Construction Manager will work collaboratively with the Board to develop a detailed construction schedule, commence preconstruction services immediately upon contract award, and tender/award all sub-trade work as required to meet the construction timetable. Anticipated construction start date on site at the school: March 2026. Substantial Performance date and Ready for Takeover: August 31, 2026 (RAAC Portion)/ December 31, 2026 (Interior Renovation Portion). The Construction Manager will be required to tender all sub-trade work and award sub-trade contracts as soon as possible and as required to facilitate the construction timetable above.
