Renovation of a mixed-use development in Casa Grande, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; educational facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

As of January 27, 2026,this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on  February 11th. The Casa Grande Elementary School District (the "District") is requesting proposals for a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and Network Infrastructure Equipment. The project is a comprehensive upgrade and expansion of the District's wireless network, covering three distinct scopes of work: 1. Replacement and Remediation (E-Rate Eligible, Existing Cabling): Replacement of all existing Access Point (AP) devices at eligible school sites and ineligible site, District Office, where existing cabling infrastructure is already in place. 2. Providing new WLAN coverage and necessary low-voltage cabling installation (District Funded/Split Funding) for the following sites/areas: - Ocotillo Annex - Warehouse Building - Transportation Building - Ironwood Elementary School - Multipurpose Room - Early Childhood Learning Center 3. Early Childhood Learning Center 390 E Lakeside Pkwy, Casa Grande, AZ 85122 Most of the requested access points will be replacing an existing AP in place with no additional cabling required. A small percentage (10%) of these APs, however, may require a new cable drop due to damage or relocation. Additionally, the APs at the ineligible sites plus the Ironwood multipurpose room will need all new cabling. The total quantity of new cable drops required to address all these areas is 30. Therefore, the prospective vendor will provide the cost for a total of 30 data drops. The average length of each data drop is 280 feet. Each data drop will meet the following specifications: 1. The awarded vendor will conduct a complete assessment of the campus prior to commencement of the structured cabling project. The purpose of the assessment is to determine with the District the exact number and location of all data drops. Any cost for this assessment must be identified in the quote. 2. All cable jackets must be Plenum rated. 3. All data drops will be home runs from the faceplate to a Category 6 patch panel in the nearest IDF. Include the cost of (5) 24-port Category 6 patch panels. 4. Provide (20) 5ft. Category 6 patch cables. 5. All data drops will be clearly and professionally labeled with matching labels at the faceplate and at the patch panel. Handwritten labels are not acceptable. 6. All data drops will be tested and certified. The awarded vendor will provide a complete testing report for all data drops. 7. The minimum acceptable warranty period is 15 years. Please specify the warranty period for all cabling quoted. If there is a cost to extend the warranty to meet the minimum requirement, please include this cost in the quote under ineligible for E-Rate support.
