Furnishing an electric power transformer, specifically one (1) 12/22.4 MVA at 55/65°C, ONAN/ONAF, 115 kV Delta to 13.2 GRDY/7.62 kV with LTC and accessories. The equipment must be designed, manufactured, delivered, installed, and tested according to the specifications and contract terms on file. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, payable to Alexandria Light and Power, with no conditions attached. This bid security will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails or refuses to enter into a contract and post a satisfactory bond. Payment terms are as described in the material agreement, and all materials must be delivered by specified dates. Alexandria Light and Power reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for up to thirty days, reject any or all bids, and contract at its discretion.
