The Toronto Shelter, Support Services (TSSS), Senior Services and Long-Term Care (SSLTC), Social Development, Finance and Administration (SDFA) and Housing Secretariat (HS) divisions lead by Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) are seeking Construction Management services to provide preconstruction and construction services with respect to the redevelopment of Seaton House as part of the George Street Revitalization project.
