Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a swimming pool.

Plans calls for construction of an indoor/outdoor aquatics and recreation facility. Construction will be phased with the outdoor aquatics facility to proceed first. The facility is expected to be built within a parcel of land bound by 12 Ave SE to the west, Southlands Drive to the east, residential development to the north and Southlands Blvd. SE to the south. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for architectural design services issued in 2025 has been cancelled by the owner. Project plans are under review. Further update may be available by spring 2026.
