A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Scope of the proposed project includes replacement of gymnasium lighting, sanding and refinishing of the gymnasium floor, and replacement of conc. sidewalks on site.. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Scio Central School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Scio Central School District.
