The bid should include all the installation, programming, setup, and training necessary for the project. It shall include a server, licensing, hard drive, backup batteries, etc. and other related equipment or needs for a functioning system. We would like the system to have coverage of as much of our facility as possible. Note, we value vendor expertise and welcome any suggestions of strategic placement of the equipment. Doors: The door project includes 3 entrance doors and 3 garage doors to provide a minimum 10- minute rating against a forced entry attempt. The bid should include all related equipment, including related framings, hinges, closing hardware, and installation. Windows: The window project includes hardening 4 windows to meet forced entry resistant and shatterproof standards. The bid should include all related equipment, including related framings, resistant glass, locks, and installation. Video intercoms: The intercom project should include 3 video intercoms at all three entrance doors. This recommendation includes the necessary software, computer equipment, wiring and network equipment, card readers, door locking systems, ID card stock, printing equipment and/or supplies. This system should be integrated with the facility’s video surveillance system. The bid should include all the installation, programming, setup, and training necessary for the project.
