https://mccmeetings.blob.core.usgovcloudapi.net/angletontx-pubu/MEET-Agenda-6d8f224cd5084c4694a0d4ec05d86cad.pdf Discussion and possible action to award the Street Bond Project III (Parish Street and Silver Saddle Drive) to Matula & Matula Construction, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $2,861,267.24 and give authority to the mayor to execute the construction contract documents. -------------------------- Estimate: $3,001,803.90 The project generally consists of removing existing pavement along North Parrish Street and replacing it with approximately 5,500 SY of 7"-thick, 28' wide concrete pavement, replacing driveways, curbs, installation of storm sewer inlets, and the installation of approximately 2,520 L.F. of 18" to 30" RCP storm sewer along North Parrish Street. The project also includes milling, base repair, and overlay of the existing asphalt pavement along Silver Saddle Dr., and proposed ditch regrading in certain segments. Question Deadline 12/02/2025 at 2:00 PM CT a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the plans, specifications or other contract documents or require further information interpretation, the bidder must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer prior to five (5) working days before the bid opening.
