**As of January 20th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Sebastian is seeking bids from licensed contractors to provide repair services for the Concha Water Control Structure as well as the Stonecrop Control Structure. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and expertise necessary to provide the repair services outlined in the Scope of Services. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond amount of 5% and a performance bond amount of 100%. Construction bonds are not required. Bidders must ensure they meet all requirements regarding insurance and bonds specified in the invitation.
