**As of November 7 , 2025 this project will rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** The United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma is soliciting proposals for building repair and rehabilitation for the Veterans Center located in Tahlequah, OK. Requirements include but are not limited to cost estimation, bid specification preparation, and rehabilitation phase services. All bidders may submit a request for information and/or interpretation via email. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked with "Repair and Rehabilitation Veteran's Center" and delivered or mailed to the specified address. Proposals will be opened at the time, date, and location indicated, and must remain firm for not less than sixty calendar days from the date of receipt. Bidders guarantee that all goods and services meet the requirements of the solicitation during the contract period.
