Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The project scope includes a new 15,000 square feet autopsy and administration facility and associated site work and site improvements. The project is estimated to have approximately a 14-month schedule starting in August 2026 through October 2027. Tentative bid packages are listed below, and additional bid packages may be added or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Prequalification applications are due by 5:00 PM, November 20, 2025. Applications can be found at the following Prequalification Forms LINK or can be requested via email to: cltestimating@whartonsmith.com. CBI/HUB firms are encouraged to participate at all levels of the project. Bids submitted by any bidder not prequalified shall be deemed nonresponsive.
