Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Okotoks, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Community Campus Site Servicing project. This project includes the implementation of several servicing requirements prior to the opening of a proposed new high school along 32nd Street south of Chinook Arch Way. The servicing requirements include stormwater management, internal roadway connections, a public road extension, site grading, a sports field development, and intersection signalization and design along the 32nd St corridor. The design for the high school is not within the scope of this procurement. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is underway. Construction is expected to start in 2027 and be completed by the fall of 2028. Further update pending awarded of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
