Site work for a development in Kula, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a development.
The project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment as necessary to construct a new 2MG concrete reservoir. This includes but is not limited to the reconfiguration of all piping to connect the new concrete reservoir to the existing system along with necessary access driveways. Bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering "A" Contractor's License, which shall be valid at the time of bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid security in amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount total sum bid, including additives, payable to the "County of Maui", and in compliance with Section 103D-323, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103D, and any amendments thereof.
