Site work and paving for a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Installation of sanitary sewer including two bores, waterline installation and construction of Yale Road (Interim) including storm drainage improvements, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, and fine grading of slopes and ditches. Bids shall be made on forms furnished by the Owner, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and endorsed with the name of the Bidder. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount is required. Bidders must supply a list of Subcontractors providing Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) or more in labor and/or materials. The Successful Bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price. Bids are to remain open for sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informality or irregularity, negotiate contract terms, require statements or evidence of qualifications, and extend the Bidding period by Addendum. Questions concerning the bid must be submitted in writing by the specified deadline. Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted no later than 5:00pm, November 26th, 2025, and must be directed in writing to: randy@silverbluffcompanies.com.
