The spaces occupied by various departments and divisions at 1701 Parthenais Street in Montreal must be redeveloped in order to free up space to accommodate more occupants whose functions are related to those already present in the building. The sole tenant of this building will represent the occupants in coordinating this reorganization with the Corporation. The project includes several local actions ranging from simple refurbishment to more extensive work to remodel spaces. The work required under this tender must be completed within 121 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company.
