Labor Commission No. PWP - CL - 2026 - 056 The project consists of clearing, demolishing, and removing buildings, parking lot features, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, and other elements within the area of APN 139-23-506-005 associated with 2200 Civic Center Drive, 2240 Civic Center Drive, and 2200 Constitution Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The work involves preparatory work, environmental abatement due to the presence of lead, asbestos, and other hazardous materials, clearing, removing, coordinating with non-City owned utility and permitting agencies, and associated appurtenances. The work shall be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed, including resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup, and demobilization.
