Deadline for written questions December 1, 2025 by 5:00 PM Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Courtney Licata, PE Senior Project Administrator Email: courtney.licata@raleighnc.gov The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Raleigh Water is seeking design and construction phase services for one new 160-foot diameter secondary clarifier and one additional return activated sludge (RAS) pump in the existing RAS pump station currently serving clarifiers N1 and N2 at the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF). The City of Raleigh reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the items in any proposal, and to award the contract in whole or in part and/or negotiate any or all items with individual firms if it is deemed in the City's best interest. Moreover, the City reserves the right to make no selection if the submittals are deemed to be outside the fiscal constraint or not in the best interest of the City
